1.0 This Privacy Policy

1.1 INDUSTEX, S.L. is a Barcelona (Spain) based company that develops, markets and distributes innovative and exclusive mass appeal consumer products worldwide through multiple channels of distribution, including Direct Response TV as lead generator. We are a registered company CIF B08984056 Av. P. Catalans, 34, 8th Floor 08950 Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.

1.2 This website is designed to provide Company information to the users of our products, to our customers, suppliers, contractors, and general public. We are committed to protecting personal data that you provide us. Please read this privacy policy carefully as it contains important information about our use of your information. It explains what information we collect about you, and how we use it, including when we might disclose it to third parties.

1.3 Our products and services are not designed to appeal to or to be sold to persons under the age of 18. Therefore, we do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from children.

2.0 How do INDUSTEX and ISL GROUP use your information

2.1 We process the data you provide in order to perform a contract or where there is a contractual relationship between us, in compliance with Article 6 1 b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which states that data can be processed in relation to a contract or when someone is thinking about entering into a contract. Where you are not in contract with us the legal basis for us to process your data is ‘consent’ Art 6 1 a). Other legitimate reasons that make it legal for us to process your data are our legitimate interest and compliance with legal obligations.

2.2 When you contact us through the form available on our website, by e-mail, post, fax or telephone, the data you have been requested to provide are necessary to process your request for information, complaints, claims, comments or suggestions that you may wish to make to the ISL GROUP and in order to provide you with the most appropriate response or solution and communicate it to you.

2.3 We will not elaborate commercial profiles, nor make automated individual decisions based on your personal data.

2.4 When you use our website you will be able to access this privacy policy and our terms and conditions which can be found in the footer area of our website.

2.5 We may use the information collected to personalise your experience on our website, to help you to log-in in future and to continue to use the website. Details of how we do this are included in the cookie section.

3.0 How long we keep your information

3.1 When you submit your information your data will be retained as long as our commercial relationship lasts, or during the prescription period of legal and financial obligations so that we can manage and audit our business, or until you request the erasure of your data.

4.0 Sharing information with Third Parties

4.1 We will only disclose your personal information to third parties if needed to provide our services; this includes our warehouse service provider, carrier, and customer support. Where we do use a third party who is given access to your data every care is taken to make enquiry to satisfy ourselves that they comply with GDPR.

4.2 From time to time we may use other third-party suppliers and service providers. Where any service provider collects information directly from you (such as the situation where we ask a service provider to conduct a survey for us) you will be notified of the involvement of the supplier or service provider, and all information disclosures you make will be strictly optional.

4.3 We also use third party hosting providers and communication providers to provide the necessary equipment to maintain your data securely, administer and develop our website and information system, as well as third party payment services to fulfil contractual obligations. 4.5. Your personal data may be communicated to the companies of the ISL GROUP when it is required according to the purpose of the processing.

When sharing the information involves transferring of personal data to the suppliers outside the territory of the European Union, we make sure that (i) the adequacy decision of the European Council is adopted with respect to the recipient country which confirms that adequate safeguards with respect to the protection of the privacy of individuals are offered in that country, or (ii) in the absence of the adequacy decision, the Standard Contractual Clauses are applied to the agreement with the supplier.

5.1 We may disclose personal data to the extent permitted or required under any enactment, by rule of law, order of the Court, as requested by other government law enforcement authority, to enforce our legal rights, to operate our systems properly, or to protect ourselves or our users and customers.

  • To have your information corrected if inaccurate (Including ensuring any third party puts right any inaccuracy);
  • To request that your data be erased, for example, when the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  • To restrict processing under certain circumstances stipulated in Art. 18 of the GDPR. Where processing has been restricted such personal data shall, with the exception of storage, only be processed with the data subject’s consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or of a Member State.
  • To object to processing for direct marketing purpose, including profiling and;
  • To rights relating to automated decision making and profiling.

7.0 How does INDUSTEX protect personal information?

7.1 The GDPR require that we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have provided via this website or otherwise, to prevent unauthorised access. All information is held securely, archived and managed in line with our Information Security Management System (ISMS) Policy.

8.1 We reserve the right to add to or change the terms of this privacy policy in our sole discretion, without prior notice to you.
